Cripy Isaw

Okay I'll start this blog with this Filipino street food delicacy that dominates our late afternoon or evening grills throughout the Philippines: isaw, which refers to both pig and chicken intestines, grilled over hot fire. (Di rin ito mawawala bilang pulutan sa inuman! HAHAHAHA) But take note, this is different. Our Head Chef  (Bhong Bañares) made a twist and improve this dish by serving it as an appetizer (is a small dish served before a meal) and it's undeniably addictive at Vikings SM BF

One of the best things about eating isaw is seasoning with spicy vinegar or sweet chili vinegar. Most people like to soak their isaw in chili onion vinegar and let is absorb as much vinegar as possible. Our Crispy Isaw (Chicken) are boiled then marinate and deep fried until crispy and cook to perfection and served in a shot glass with our special sauce.

Disclaimer: Crispy Isaw availability depends on  our Chef's Menu Cycle.
